Job Description
**Job Title: IT BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER** **Role Summary:** Act as a bridge between IT and manufacturing/business functions, aligning IT strategies with business goals for manufacturing execution systems and infrastructure. **Expectations:** Deep understanding of manufacturing/healthcare IT, proven project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Demonstrated expertise in MES systems and regulatory validation processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute IT roadmaps aligned with manufacturing strategies, including MES programs, technical debt remediation, and infrastructure projects. - Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on budget, timeline, and service-level compliance. - Function as a subject matter expert in MES, industrial automation, and industrial OT systems. - Coordinate validation of software deployments (recipe changes, system migrations) using life sciences methodology. - Facilitate business requirements capture, prioritize IT initiatives, and document processes to support project initiations. - Ensure cross-functional governance, stakeholder alignment, and transparent reporting on project deviations and outcomes. - Identify process improvements, advocate for reuse of existing solutions, and support application rationalization. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including POMs or equivalent platforms. - Project management experience with lifecycle delivery in regulated environments. - Strong business process analysis, requirements definition, and documentation capabilities. - Familiarity with industrial automation, OT systems, and life sciences software validation. - Stakeholder management, consensus-building, and communication across technical and business teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or healthcare-related discipline. - 7–8 years of IT and manufacturing/engineering experience in large healthcare or consumer goods organizations. - Proven track record in deploying or managing MES (e.g., POMs, other POMs systems) and life sciences software validation processes.
