**Job Title:** Freelance Senior Account Manager **Role Summary:** Senior Account Manager responsible for managing global and retail brand relationships, translating client briefs into creative strategies, and overseeing multi‑disciplinary campaigns (campaign, social, experiential). Acts as strategic consultant, leads pitches, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high creative standards. **Expectations:** - Build and maintain strong client partnerships across sports/fashion sectors. - Deliver strategic advice and pitch presentations that win business. - Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with excellent organization. - Meet or exceed budgetary and timeline targets while maintaining quality. - Lead and develop junior account staff. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients. - Translate client briefs into detailed creative briefs for internal teams. - Coordinate with creative leads, producers, and external partners to execute campaigns. - Prepare and deliver pitches, presentations, and strategic recommendations. - Monitor project budgets, schedules, and production partners; approve changes as needed. - Provide regular status updates and maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next steps. - Facilitate productive meetings with internal and external stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience with global or retail brands, preferably in sports fashion or related industry. - Strong strategic consulting and pitch development abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication; personable client-facing style. - Superior organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills. - Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and production workflows. - Commercial mindset with a focus on project success and revenue opportunities. - Leadership experience in mentoring Account Executives or junior staff. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; industry‑relevant training or certifications considered a plus.
