**Job title**
Artificial Intelligence Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, build, and ship AI‑powered agentic systems that automate real‑world workflows. Work with large language models, orchestration tools, and data pipelines to create production‑grade solutions for clients across industries.
**Expectations**
Deliver end‑to‑end AI automation products, from prototype to deployment, that are observable, secure, and measurable. Iterate quickly with client teams, translating business needs into functional agent capabilities and success metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and implement agent frameworks and multi‑step orchestrations in Python.
- Build and maintain pipelines using LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent.
- Integrate frontier LLMs (Gemini, GPT, Claude) and develop API connectors to SaaS/enterprise systems.
- Design memory, retrieval, planning, and guardrails for reliable agent behavior.
- Create reference agent SDKs and templates for internal reuse.
- Productionize prototypes via CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment.
- Instrument agents for logging, tracing, evaluation, and offline analysis.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders through design workshops and requirement gathering.
- Apply best practices in security, privacy, and model safety.
**Required Skills**
- Strong Python programming (async, testing, packaging).
- Experience with LLM‑based agent development (LangGraph/LangChain).
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (n8n, Airflow, Prefect, Temporal).
- Working knowledge of Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic models (prompting, function calling).
- Solid data foundation skills: vector stores, embeddings, RAG, chunking, indexing, quality.
- Software engineering fundamentals: Git, CI/CD, containerization, AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of Agent Development Kit or similar frameworks.
- Bonus: TypeScript, back‑end frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, Go), relational/NoSQL databases, observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Langfuse), cost/rate‑limit controls, production safety evaluation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). No mandatory certifications required.
