**Job Title** Video Production Intern – Summer 2026 **Role Summary** Internship in the communications department focused on end‑to‑end video production. The role supports planning, shooting, editing, and archiving video content to promote internal and external communications. **Expectations** - Work up to 40 hours per week, including hybrid schedule options. - Maintain good academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred). - Submit unofficial college transcripts and a resume reel. - No visa sponsorship required. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with creative team and clients to plan video shoots. - Set up and tear down cameras, lighting, microphones, props, and other equipment. - Capture primary and B‑roll footage. - Edit footage in Adobe Premiere Pro; add graphics, animations, and visual effects using After Effects, Animate, and Character Animator. - Log and organize video assets for the internal library. - Participate in team meetings, presentations, and projects. - Engage with various departments to understand corporate structure. - Attend introductory insurance classes and interact with leadership. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in all phases of videography (pre‑production, production, post‑production). - Advanced use of Adobe Premiere Pro; solid knowledge of After Effects, Animate, and Character Animator (preferred). - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Time management and organizational skills. - Basic understanding of lighting, sound, and camera operation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Full‑time enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited college/university. - Major in Electronic Media, Television/Video, or closely related field (all majors considered). - Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred). - No specific certifications required.
