**Job title:** Director, Digital Product Management
**Role Summary:**
Lead strategic vision, roadmap, and end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products. Own cross‑functional execution, ensuring alignment of engineering, design, marketing, and operations with business objectives. Drive architecture, quality, and performance while advancing agile practices and data‑driven decision making.
**Expectations:**
- Lead product strategy and vision with senior leadership.
- Own product roadmap, prioritization, and delivery.
- Guide a team of Product Managers and mentor cross‑functional teams.
- Secure stakeholder buy‑in for investments and strategic direction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
- Translate strategic concepts into tactical plans and product requirements.
- Oversee entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post‑launch iteration.
- Serve as technical liaison between Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams; ensure scalable, secure designs.
- Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and enforce CI/CD, DevOps best practices.
- Define and track KPIs for product performance and technical stability.
- Manage technical risks, dependency tracking, and escalation resolution.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a team of product managers.
- Present executive updates on business and technical progress.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years Product Management/Product Development, 5+ in leadership.
- Strong technical foundation: architecture, engineering collaboration.
- Expert in product tools (Jira, Asana, Productboard) and analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe).
- Data‑driven decision making, telemetry analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Certifications in Agile/SAFe, Product Management, or related disciplines are preferred.
