Job Description
**Job Title:** Capital Formation Associate **Role Summary:** Support the Capital Formation team in executing fundraising initiatives and investor relations activities. Manage investor data, prepare fundraising materials, coordinate events, and assist with due‑diligence processes to facilitate effective capital raising and relationship management. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability. - Communicate clearly with internal teams and external investors. - Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. - Maintain high‑quality work with meticulous attention to detail. - Show proactive initiative and collaborative teamwork. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and validate CRM records, investor database, and fund pipeline data. - Coordinate logistics for investor events, conferences, and meetings. - Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, pitch books, PPMs, DDQs, and other fundraising documents. - Support leadership with presentation decks and speaking engagement prep. - Assist investment and finance teams in responding to due‑diligence requests. - Contribute to process improvement and infrastructure optimization within Capital Formation. **Required Skills:** - 1‑3 years experience in investor relations, business development, or related roles within asset management, financial institutions, or placement agents. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM systems. - Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. - Ability to manage timelines across concurrent projects and prioritize effectively. - Self‑driven, proactive, and capable of working independently. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Undergraduate degree (any discipline). - No specific certifications required.
