Job Description
Job Title: SAP PS Consultant Role Summary Senior SAP Project System (PS) consultant with 8+ years of experience leading end‑to‑end S/4HANA transformation projects. Responsible for designing and defining comprehensive business processes, creating demonstrative systems, and driving stakeholder engagement to secure adoption of SAP best practices. Expectations * Minimum eight years’ hands‑on SAP PS experience, including full lifecycle S/4HANA projects. * Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. * Proven track record of delivering demonstrative systems that influence decision‑making. * Strong stakeholder management, including regular communication with executive and finance leadership. * Capacity to operate as a freelancer through own entity. * Fluency in French and English (verbal and written). Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of current business processes and design optimized SAP PS processes. 2. Develop and present functional and technical demonstration systems to secure business buy‑in. 3. Collaborate with business units to refine processes, define target solutions, and embed SAP best practices. 4. Configure SAP PS modules to meet identified business needs and ensure scalability. 5. Maintain clear documentation of process flows, configuration settings, and solution rationales. 6. Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, reporting progress and risks to management and finance leaders. 7. Ensure timely, on‑budget delivery of configuration and testing activities. Required Skills * SAP PS configuration and functionality expertise. * Full lifecycle implementation experience with S/4HANA. * Strong business process mapping and analytical skills. * Demonstrated ability to build and deliver persuasive demonstration systems. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in French and English. * Self‑managed, results‑oriented consulting mindset. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. * SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Project System (or equivalent). * SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
