Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead the development of AI‑driven recruitment solutions, building scalable backend services and intuitive front‑end interfaces. Collaborate closely with product leadership and partner teams to design, implement, and maintain high‑performance, production‑grade applications that support volume hiring in critical sectors. **Expectations:** - 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience. - Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end features in full‑stack environments. - Strong communicator capable of articulating ideas, challenging assumptions, and working collaboratively in cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and deploy reusable, high‑performance backend APIs. - Own the AI agent lifecycle: prompt design, quality assurance, integration, and customization. - Create reliable prototypes and production systems using low‑code and AI coding tools. - Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality. - Refactor architecture to improve reliability, testability, and maintainability. - Participate in system design discussions and provide technical guidance. - Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to align on priorities. - Engage with partner and client technical stakeholders when required. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Python. - Experience building production‑grade front‑end and back‑end systems. - Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Comfortable working across the full stack. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) is a plus. - Ability to write unit and integration tests. - Experience in agile development environments. - Familiarity with C# is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Developer, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, etc.) are desirable but not mandatory.
