**Role Summary**
Lead and execute the annual and multi‑year commercial strategy for the French subsidiary of a global high‑precision measurement instrumentation company. Drive sales growth, margin improvement, and market penetration through strategic planning, portfolio expansion, and high‑performance sales team management.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define and execute the annual and multi‑year commercial strategy.
2. Set strategic objectives, budgets, and forecasting models.
3. Break down strategy into market‑ and segment‑specific action plans.
4. Monitor KPI metrics (revenue, margins, profitability, market share).
5. Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop a multidisciplinary sales team.
6. Drive new business development in industry, research, universities, and labs.
7. Oversee prospecting and management of strategic accounts.
8. Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and professional events.
10. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical Support, and After‑Sales services.
11. Share best practices and align sales strategy with the global office.
12. Prepare regular reports for the General Management and Headquarters.
13. Conduct market, competitor, and customer trend analyses.
14. Recommend corrective actions when performance deviates from goals.
