Job Title: International Brand Manager Role Summary: Lead the global execution of brand strategy for an FMCG heritage brand, aligning marketing initiatives across established and developing markets. Coordinate cross‑functional partners to ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and standards at all touchpoints. Expectations: - Deliver measurable impact on international growth and brand equity. - Operate independently with influence across multiple countries and functions. - Maintain brand integrity while scaling strategies for new and emerging markets. Key Responsibilities: - Translate global brand strategy into localized activation plans for core markets. - Develop, launch, and optimise brand campaigns and content for multi‑channel execution. - Create scalable asset frameworks and guardrails for developing and trading markets. - Oversee brand compliance in digital, social, packaging and marketing collateral. - Collaborate with Export Sales, Creative, and Regulatory teams to align messaging and approvals. - Ensure consistent application of premium brand standards across all platforms. - Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and report on ROI. Required Skills: - Proven experience in FMCG brand management or regulated category marketing. - Strong commercial acumen, budget management, and ROI focus. - Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority. - Expertise in campaign development, content creation, and multi‑channel rollout. - Skilled in brand governance, packaging standards, and digital/social oversight. - Problem‑solving mindset with pragmatic, scalable approach. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - Industry certifications (e.g., Brand Management, Digital Marketing) are advantageous.
