**Job Title:** Growth Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of community and events initiatives that drive developer acquisition, engagement, and product adoption for a cutting‑edge AI platform.
**Expectations:**
- 3–5 + years in growth, community, events, or marketing, preferably at an early‑stage startup.
- Detail‑oriented event operations expert (invite lists, logistics, swag, flow).
- AI‑literate, comfortable discussing training vs. inference with developers.
- Social‑native with strong intuition for AI‑centric Twitter and LinkedIn virality.
- Scrappy, autonomous, and calm under pressure, capable of owning projects from concept to follow‑up.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Community & Growth Strategy** – Define and execute a community & events playbook aligned with GTM goals; build repeatable growth loops through events, content, referrals, and community programs.
2. **Ambassador Program** – Identify, activate, and nurture power users, early champions, and community leaders to serve as brand advocates.
3. **Events (Online & Offline)** – Own concept, budget, speaker sourcing, promotion, logistics, and post‑event follow‑up for both in‑person and virtual events.
4. **Community Platforms** – Grow and engage members on Discord, Slack, GitHub Discussions through AMAs, launches, demos, and webinars.
5. **Content & Messaging** – Produce lightweight event copy, community posts, newsletters, recaps, and social threads; collaborate with Product and Marketing to surface community‑driven insights.
6. **Analytics** – Track engagement, activation, and community‑driven pipeline metrics to refine growth strategies.
