Job Description
**Job title** IT Support Analyst **Role Summary** Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users, including desktop, hardware, software, and enterprise applications. Manage incident and request tickets, maintain office technology and provide front‑line customer service. **Expectations** * Deliver timely, accurate resolution of support issues. * Communicate clearly with users and team members. * Proactively monitor systems for potential problems. * Follow documented procedures for ticket handling and escalation. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to and resolve user tickets via ticketing system. * Perform desktop support for a broad range of end users. * Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software. * Provide backend support for MS Office and MS Intune deployments. * Manage Active Directory accounts, group policy, and user permissions. * Remote manage systems and perform routine maintenance. * Monitor incident trends and recommend process improvements. * Maintain accurate records of support activities. **Required Skills** * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office suites. * Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Intune, and remote management tools. * Experience troubleshooting Windows-based hardware and software. * Ability to provide Level 1–2 enterprise‑level support. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience). * Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent are beneficial.
