Job Description
**Job Title** Customer Success Account Manager – Nordics **Role Summary** Drive post‑sales success for a portfolio of Nordics customers by ensuring adoption, value realization, and renewal of Forcepoint’s cloud‑native cybersecurity platform. Serve as a trusted advisor, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and expand account footprint. **Expectations** - Own end‑to‑end customer lifecycle from signing to renewal. - Achieve renewal and expansion targets while maintaining high customer health scores. - Communicate fluently in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic). **Key Responsibilities** - Manage a diverse account portfolio; develop success/action plans for at‑risk customers. - Conduct regular business reviews, executive/technical presentations, and quarterly forecast updates. - Coordinate onboarding, professional services, technical support, and partners to deliver agreed outcomes. - Monitor usage, health metrics, and KPIs in Salesforce/Gainsight; drive corrective actions. - Negotiate contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities; own the closing process. - Build and sustain relationships with executive and technical stakeholders across accounts. - Analyze data to improve customer experience and uncover upsell potential. **Required Skills** - Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling abilities. - Proven experience managing SaaS/technology accounts through renewal and expansion cycles. - Excellent verbal and written communication; presentation skills to senior executives. - Ability to interpret technical product information and articulate business value. - Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight). - Analytical mindset for health score tracking and data‑driven decision making. - High attention to detail, process orientation, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Fluency in English and any Nordic language; additional languages a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Customer Success, SaaS, IT security) are advantageous but not mandatory.
