Job title: Senior Associate – Salesforce Developer Engineer
Role Summary: Technical lead responsible for end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with AWS and other enterprise systems, while steering architecture, code quality, and continuous integration practices.
Expactations:
- 8–10 years of senior Salesforce development experience, leading cross‑functional teams through full project lifecycles.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, and Salesforce event‑driven patterns (Platform Events, CDC).
- Proven ability to design secure, multi‑org integrations using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway).
- Strong JavaScript (React.js, TypeScript) skills and experience converting UI mockups into accessible, reusable components.
- Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, and DevOps pipelines.
- Solid understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT, Named Credentials) and organizational governance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements with stakeholders into robust technical designs.
- Build and deploy integrations between Salesforce and AWS, ensuring security and performance.
- Collaborate with UX/cross‑functional teams to produce modern, responsive UIs using React.js, TypeScript, and LWC.
- Design and implement event‑driven, asynchronous processes via Platform Events, CDC, and Apex.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high code quality.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for automated builds and deployments.
- Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and compliance issues across environments.
- Evaluate and incorporate third‑party libraries and open‑source components.
- Support platform modernization efforts, adopting Salesforce AI, Einstein, and MuleSoft capabilities.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, and platform automation.
- Salesforce event‑driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC, async Apex).
- Integration design with Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway).

Required Education & Certifications:

- Working knowledge of DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
