**Job Title:** Earned Measurement & Data Analyst **Role Summary:** Transforms data from earned and owned media into actionable insights that guide brand reputation, communications, and integrated marketing strategies. Partners with strategists, creatives, and account teams to monitor conversations, evaluate campaign performance, and surface cultural and market trends. **Expectations:** - Deliver clear, data‑driven recommendations to diverse internal and client audiences. - Maintain high analytical accuracy and attention to detail. - Communicate findings succinctly, both verbally and in written reports. - Stay current on social media, marketing, and brand communication trends. - Operate independently while collaborating cross‑functionally in a hybrid work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain visual reports and dashboards for clients and internal teams. - Analyze PR and marketing campaign metrics to identify successes, gaps, and optimization opportunities. - Conduct audience segmentation, competitive monitoring, and industry trend analysis. - Synthesize data insights to inform creative concepts, brand positioning, and integrated plans. - Utilize social listening and media monitoring platforms to track brand conversations. - Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance data processing and insight generation. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred. - Familiarity with social listening/media monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Muck Rack, NewsWhip, Sprout Social). - Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and quantitative reasoning. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations. - Ability to present insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Curiosity about evolving marketing, social media, and brand communication landscapes. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. - 1–2 years of relevant analytical experience (internship experience considered). - Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
