Job title: Data Portal & Data Literacy Intern
Role Summary: Support the design, development, and maintenance of an internal data portal and data literacy program, translating governance documents into accessible learning assets and enhancing organizational data awareness.
Expactations: Deliver clear, compliant content, maintain portal usability, and track engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and update intranet pages (policies, standards, FAQs, glossaries, project hubs).
- Curate and embed external references (e.g., Gartner, academic material) while complying with licensing.
- Draft concise explainers, visuals, and navigation structures to improve findability.
- Convert governance and regulatory material into e‑learning modules using Articulate (or similar).
- Produce micro‑learning videos, screencasts, quizzes, and playbooks.
- Apply version control, approval workflows, and branding standards.
- Monitor page views, quiz completions, and other engagement metrics; recommend enhancements.
- Document repeatable processes (templates, checklists, workflows).
- Collaborate with Data Manager, Security, Compliance, PMO, and project teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong English writing and editing (C1+).
- Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
- MS Office suite expertise.
- Ability to translate technical policy into clear, visual content.
- Knowledge of GDPR, copyright, and licensing for external resources.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or related field.
