**Job title:** Client Success Manager
**Role Summary:**
Drive client success and revenue growth for a portfolio of digital marketing accounts. Serves as the primary partner for campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver results, secure renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.
**Expectations:**
- 2–3 years of digital advertising, media, marketing, or client‑service experience (preferably ad‑tech, agency, or publisher).
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Comfortable leading data‑driven conversations, interpreting performance metrics, and recommending actionable optimizations.
- Collaborative mindset, self‑starter, detail oriented, adaptable to fast‑paced environments.
- Willingness to travel as required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Own and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring client success through upsells, cross‑sells, renewals, and overall growth.
2. Partner with Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Product teams to launch, manage, and scale new and existing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client objectives.
3. Lead weekly status calls, kick‑off meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews; document action items and strategic next steps.
4. Develop and manage client growth plans, outlining milestones, testing initiatives, and expansion opportunities aligned with business goals.
5. Oversee campaign execution, including creative build‑outs, asset setup, timeline management, audience targeting, and documentation.
6. Monitor performance data, lead performance reviews, and proactively identify optimizations to strengthen outcomes and revenue growth.
7. Provide strategic recommendations to improve creative, attribution, and performance; communicate insights and best practices to clients.
8. Maintain clear, organized documentation of processes, timelines, and deliverables across all accounts.
**Required Skills:**
- Digital advertising / media / marketing experience (ad‑tech, agency, or publisher).
- Strong client management and communication skills; confidence in leading data‑driven discussions.
- Analytical mindset; proficient in Excel and interpreting performance data.
- Experience with campaign management tools, DSP/SSP platforms, or reporting systems (preferred).
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- No specific certifications required, though knowledge of digital marketing or ad‑tech platforms is a plus.
