**Job Title**
Learning and Development Manager
**Role Summary**
Design, operationalize, and deliver enterprise‑wide learning experiences that align with business objectives. Facilitate leadership development programs, manage program lifecycle, measure impact, and continuously refine offerings while collaborating with cross‑functional partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the Director of Learning, People Business Partners, and business leaders to assess learning needs and prioritize initiatives.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of key learning programs, creating detailed project plans covering communications, logistics, delivery, and evaluation.
- Design, develop, and facilitate foundational leadership training (feedback, coaching, conflict resolution, inclusive leadership, etc.) in virtual and in‑person formats.
- Automate and optimize learning processes (program marketing, registration, resource management, follow‑up communications).
- Measure program effectiveness through engagement metrics, knowledge retention, and behavioral change analytics.
- Curate and maintain up‑to‑date learning resource library (presentations, documents, intranet content).
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize insights from surveys, focus groups, and business data to recommend improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, designing team‑specific learning solutions and development plans.
- Stay informed on L&D industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to elevate offerings.
**Required Skills**
- 4+ years of corporate Learning & Development experience, preferably in high‑growth environments.
- Expertise in designing and implementing leadership and professional development programs across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven facilitation skills for virtual and in‑person sessions at all organizational levels.
- Strong program/project management abilities, juggling multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Marketing mindset: ability to craft compelling emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and visual/audio design tools (e.g., Articulate, Google Slides).
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and team‑oriented with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional, Association for Talent Development (ATD) Credential, or equivalent.
