Own end‑to‑end API infrastructure, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive production‑grade delivery and continuous improvement. **Expectations:** - Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience. - Proven technical leadership of small teams (2‑4 members). - Remote collaboration skills, strong written and verbal communication. - Self‑starter mindset with a focus on high quality, test‑driven code and rapid iteration. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Analyze and enhance existing blockchain infrastructure for tokenization. 2. Design, implement, and own scalable microservices delivering reliable, secure APIs. 3. Build publicly accessible APIs that simplify developer integration with complex payment systems. 4. Integrate platform services with banks and fintech partners. 5. Develop system design, testing, and quality documentation in partnership with Product & Engineering. 6. Troubleshoot and restore system functionality. 7. Design data sources (SQL/NoSQL), messaging systems, and APIs for optimal payment experience. 8. Provide architectural guidance and consult management on system principles. **Required Skills:** - Object‑oriented programming: Java and Go. - RESTful API design and development. - Payment system expertise (credit cards, bank transfers). - Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure. - SQL database design and schema development. - Experience building production‑quality, scalable software with continuous delivery. - Strong coding standards, test coverage, and quality focus. - Leadership of small technical teams. - Excellent communication and remote collaboration. - Proactive, fast‑moving self‑starter attitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience).
