Job Description

Job title: Full Stack Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and support end‑to‑end software solutions for a mobile ad‑hoc networking platform, encompassing backend services, web front‑end, and Android applications. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code; participate in code reviews; collaborate across teams; support field testing and deployment; obtain or maintain a U.S. security clearance. Key Responsibilities: • Architect, develop, and implement backend APIs in C/C++; • Build web interfaces using C++‑generated HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript; • Design and test Android applications that interface with the networking system; • Perform unit testing, dependency injection, and API integration; • Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement; • Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges; • Travel to test sites, military facilities, and customer locations to validate system performance. Required Skills: • Proficiency in C/C++, Java, and JavaScript; • Experience with SQL databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, or H2); • Knowledge of JSON and RESTful APIs; • Strong unit testing and dependency injection practices; • Familiarity with web development frameworks and Android development; • Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; • Minimum 1 year of professional or internship experience developing systems in C/C++; • Ability to obtain or currently hold a U.S. security clearance.
