Job Description
Job Title: Lead, Marketing Ops & Analytics Role Summary: Ownership of the end‑to‑end marketing technology stack and lifecycle analytics. Lead integration, data integrity, and attribution across ad, CRM, and analytics platforms to deliver actionable insights that drive marketing performance and growth. Expectations: - 5+ years in marketing operations or analytics within high‑growth, fast‑moving environments. - Proven expertise in MarTech stack management, tracking, and attribution. - Strong analytical mindset with SQL proficiency. - Comfort leveraging AI/LLMs for data quality, tagging, and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize MarTech ecosystem (GTM, Looker, Amplitude, CDPs, HubSpot, Salesforce, and related tools). - Ensure accurate event tracking, campaign tagging, and data consistency across all marketing touchpoints. - Build, refine, and maintain multi‑touch attribution models linking marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and ROI. - Evaluate, select, and integrate new marketing technology solutions. - Design and implement lifecycle automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences. - Optimize ad platform performance (Google Ads, Meta CAPI, Apple Search Ads, MMPs) through improved tracking, offline conversion matching, and audience segmentation. - Apply AI tools for QA, tagging, audience building, anomaly detection, insight generation, and ops automation. - Monitor performance metrics, identify issues, and propose solutions continuously. - Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, RevOps, Engineering, and other cross‑functional teams. Required Skills: - Marketing operations and analytics leadership. - MarTech proficiency: Google Tag Manager, Looker, Amplitude (or equivalent), CDPs (Amplitude CDP, Hightouch, Segment), marketing automation (HubSpot, Iterable). - CRM integration, ideally Salesforce. - SQL – intermediate level. - Attribution knowledge: UTM strategy, multi‑touch attribution, campaign tracking. - Ad tech: Google Ads, Meta CAPI, MMPs, first‑party data, conversion tracking. - AI/LLM familiarity for analytics and operations. - Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and creative solution orientation. - Excellent collaboration in cross‑functional environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Business or related field. - Relevant certifications (HubSpot, Google Analytics/Ads, Salesforce, Amplitude, etc.) are a plus.
