The team still holds true to connecting great people with great companies. Job Description
**Job Title** HRIS Data Analyst **Role Summary** Provide analytical support for HR data management, reporting, and accuracy during a large-scale PeopleSoft to Workday migration. Work closely with HR, IT, and project teams to extract, transform, validate, and visualize workforce data. **Expectations** - 4+ years of experience in a data analyst, HRIS analyst, or HR data analyst role. - Proficiency with PeopleSoft HRIS is mandatory; experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, or data migrations strongly preferred. - Strong SQL querying skills, advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and familiarity with ETL processes. - Ability to create dashboards and reports in Tableau and/or Power BI. - Knowledge of data governance, data quality best practices, and data validation. - Excellent communication of data insights to non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Extract, transform, and load HR data from PeopleSoft for analysis and migration. - Validate, cleanse, and correct data to ensure accuracy before and during the transition. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) for HR and business decision‑making. - Support data governance initiatives: maintain standards, documentation, and compliance. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and project teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies. - Provide insights and visualizations on workforce data throughout the migration process. **Required Skills** - PeopleSoft HRIS (required) - SQL (advanced query building) - ETL processes and data validation techniques - Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel - Data governance and data quality best practices - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience. - Certifications in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or PeopleSoft are a plus.
