Job Description: **Job title**: Business Developer – Remote (Full Time) **Role Summary**: Own the end-to‑to‑end sales cycle for a fintech that simplifies real‑estate lending. Engage qualified inbound leads, guide prospects through customized financing options, and close B2C sales while negotiating terms with banking partners to drive revenue and build referral pipelines. **Expactations**: - Deliver consistent new client acquisition from inbound leads only. - Maintain a portfolio that generates at least 25 % of revenue through referrals. - Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. - Provide exceptional client experience and secure repeat business. **Key Responsibilities**: - Convert high‑volume, qualified inbound leads into closed loans. - Manage the full sales funnel: first contact → solution proposal → negotiation → closing. - Build and nurture relationships with banking partners for favorable terms. - Partner with product and technology teams to refine sales tools and processes. - Track, analyze, and report pipeline performance and revenue metrics. - Mentor and collaborate with peers to enhance overall sales effectiveness. **Required Skills**: - Minimum 3‑4 years in real‑estate loan brokerage or related sales role. - Proven ability to sell complex financial products over the phone. - Strong written and verbal communication in French; English is a plus. - Analytical mindset to discuss complex financing scenarios. - Self‑driven, proactive, and agile in a remote/virtual setting. - Team player with a passion for continuous learning and peer collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, business, or related field. - Licensing/certification as a mortgage broker (or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
