Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer Role Summary: Develop scalable, production-ready machine learning solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Collaborate with data science teams to transition models from experimentation to deployment, ensuring robust, efficient integration into operational systems. Establish MLOps frameworks to enhance solution delivery speed and reliability. Expactations: - Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Informatics, or related field. - Experience operationalizing machine learning models into production. - Strong mathematical/statistical foundation with proficiency in Python, R, and Apache Spark. Key Responsibilities: 1. Convert ML models into user-ready, business-integrated solutions. 2. Deploy, optimize, and maintain models in scalable production environments. 3. Monitor and ensure operational health of live models. 4. Automate workflows to improve ML efficiency and reduce manual effort. 5. Drive performance optimization of ML systems for reliability and scalability. 6. Collaborate with data scientists on solution design and implementation. Required Skills: - Python, R, Apache Spark. - TensorFlow, PyTorch. - MLOps expertise (CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring). - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks) for ML deployment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Informatics, or related field. - Databricks Machine Learning certification preferred.
