Job Description
Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Role Summary: Lead design, development, and deployment of internal and public-facing web and mobile features for a high‑performance AI‑powered factory automation platform. Drive code quality, testing, and architecture across the full stack, collaborating closely with product, design, and operations teams. Expectations: 5+ years of end‑to‑end full‑stack development; proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; strong architectural judgment; ability to mentor peers and review code; commitment to clean, test‑driven, and maintainable codebases; effective communication in cross‑functional settings. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and build scalable features using ReactJS, Next.js, React Native, and Node.js. - Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal systems. - Write comprehensive unit, integration, and system tests; maintain automated test suites. - Review code, provide architectural guidance, and enforce coding standards. - Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications. - Partner with designers to deliver responsive, user‑centric interfaces. - Participate in release planning, continuous deployment, and post‑launch monitoring. Required Skills: - JavaScript/TypeScript development (React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js). - Backend frameworks (Ruby on Rails preferred). - RESTful API design and consumption. - Relational database design and query optimization (SQL). - Test‑driven development (unit, integration, system). - Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment fundamentals. - Strong problem‑solving, code quality, and architectural thinking.
