Job Description: Job Title: Middleware Administrator – IBM MQ & Messaging Systems Role Summary: Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise middleware platforms to support critical business applications globally. Focus on ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing messaging systems for distributed teams. Expectations: 2–5 years of experience in IBM MQ (design, installation, upgrades) and middleware systems. Requires strong troubleshooting, configuration, and analytical capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, install, and configure IBM MQ and RabbitMQ environments. - Provide Level 2/3 technical support for application and development teams. - Troubleshoot middleware infrastructure, execute upgrades, and oversee migrations. - Implement automation, monitoring tools, and process improvements for system reliability. - Collaborate with global IT and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. - Assess new technologies to enhance performance and system resilience.
