**Job Title**
CRM Program Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end modernization of a CRM platform, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing program scope, risk, and budget, and driving successful deployment and adoption.
**Expectations**
- 7+ years of experience leading CRM projects or programs.
- Proven expertise in governance, reporting, risk management, and change support.
- Deep knowledge of major CRM solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle CX, etc.) in both functional and technical areas.
- Natural leadership, disciplined execution, strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Structure and steer the CRM modernization program: scope definition, scheduling, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
2. Design, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
3. Facilitate governance forums (project boards, steering committees).
4. Coordinate all internal stakeholders (business units, IT, vendors, integrators) and external partners.
5. Track progress of workstreams, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
6. Champion change management initiatives and prepare for deployment.
7. Oversee the deployment of the new CRM, ensuring smooth transition to production.
**Required Skills**
- Program and project management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle CX, etc.).
- Strong governance, reporting, and risk‑management capabilities.
- Leadership and stakeholder‑management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in project/program management (PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, etc.) preferred.
