Digital Analyst – Direct‑to‑Consumer Analytics
**Role Summary**
Provide data‑driven insights to accelerate online customer acquisition, retention, and overall DTC performance. Build scalable analytics solutions, create actionable dashboards, and translate complex metrics into clear narratives that inform merchandising, marketing, and channel strategy decisions for senior leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze acquisition channels, conversion funnels, and first‑purchase behavior to inform growth tactics.
- Measure retention metrics (repeat purchase rate, churn, CLV) and recommend loyalty‑enhancement initiatives.
- Evaluate campaign performance and channel mix; link marketing spend to incremental sales and optimize allocation.
- Monitor weekly trading and leadership updates, presenting risks, opportunities, and growth levers.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and predictive models (e.g., A/B test results, attribution).
- Streamline reporting processes to increase efficiency and deepen strategic analysis.
- Act as trusted advisor across the DTC organization, influencing merchandising, operations, and customer experience.
**Required Skills**
- Strong analytical proficiency (SQL, Python/R, advanced Excel).
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of DTC metrics and marketing attribution frameworks.
- Ability to translate data insights into clear, persuasive narratives for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Detail‑oriented with strong project and time‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or similar) are a plus.
