Job Title: Performance Management Specialist
Role Summary
Consultant responsible for designing, delivering, and embedding a contemporary performance management framework within a large financial institution. Focuses on aligning performance, pay, skills, and talent to support a skills‑based organizational shift and high‑performance culture.
Expectations
- Deliver a fit‑for‑purpose performance framework that meets strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
- Provide a clear, evidence‑based implementation roadmap, governance model, and change‑management plan.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to build sustainable internal capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing performance, pay, and talent processes, policies, and tools.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and cultural assessments.
- Benchmark practices against sector and broader market best practices.
- Design framework options that link performance, reward, skills, and contribution.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop a detailed change‑roadmap with timelines, milestones, and transition states.
- Recommend governance, supporting tools, systems, and training needs.
- Advise on communication and stakeholder engagement strategies, including senior leadership and managerial capability building.
- Lead engagement sessions to support cultural change.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and ensure hand‑over of framework documentation and guidance.
Required Skills
- Expertise in designing and implementing performance management and pay frameworks in large, complex organizations.
- Proven experience integrating performance management with broader people transformation initiatives (pay, skills, talent).
- Strong data analysis, benchmarking, and evidence‑based recommendation abilities.
- Demonstrated competency in organizational change and cultural transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influence skills across all levels.
- Practical orientation: ability to translate theoretical concepts into actionable solutions.
- Experience in knowledge transfer and capability building within client organizations.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Advanced certifications in HR/Performance Management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
- Additional coursework or certification in change management, data analytics, or talent management is preferred.
