About the Company

We are redefining startup funding by bridging the gap between early-stage ventures and investor liquidity. Traditional funding options--like bank loans, venture capital, and government grants--are often slow, restrictive, and inaccessible to startups without traction. Meanwhile, investors in private markets face illiquidity, making it difficult to exit investments. Our solution? An equity crowdfunding platform integrated with a secondary market for private shares. This allows startups to raise capital efficiently while enabling investors to trade their equity post-funding, creating a liquid and dynamic private market. Beyond funding, Next Unicorn is building a separate platform called Unicom to deliver financial news and financial-political insights. Unicom will serve as a unified community for founders, investors, and industry leaders, keeping them informed about market trends, economic shifts, and policy decisions that shape the business and investment landscape. By combining accessibility, liquidity, and information, we're building the future of startup investing--where founders get the funding they need, investors get the flexibility they deserve, and everyone stays informed in a rapidly evolving financial world.
