Job Description
Job title Integration Developer Role Summary Design, develop, test, and support production‑grade enterprise integrations that connect internal and external systems, automate workflows, and resolve moderate to complex integration challenges. Collaborate closely with business analysts, senior leads, and peers throughout the integration lifecycle, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business needs. Expactations - 4+ years of engineering experience in integration development and production support. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field. - Proven ability to deliver multiple, dynamic priorities on time. - Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work flexible hours. Key Responsibilities - Analyse business requirements and translate them into integration design documents. - Develop, test, and deploy APIs, connectors, data mappings, and workflow automations using C#, .NET, MS SQL, and low‑code platforms (Boomi, Mule, etc.). - Ensure adherence to architecture principles, best practices, and design patterns. - Resolve moderately complex integration issues through investigation, debugging, and troubleshooting. - Create scalable, maintainable integration solutions supporting cloud and on‑premises applications. - Provide production support for assigned integrations (non‑24/7). - Monitor, maintain, and optimize integration performance; apply automated tools for process efficiencies. - Collaborate with peers to establish and refine integration standards and methodologies. Required Skills - Proficient in C#, .NET, MS SQL, and integration tools (Boomi, MuleSoft). - Experience with low‑code workflow development and API management (REST, SOAP). - Strong SQL/query knowledge; data transformation skills (XML, JSON, EDI, flat file). - Working knowledge of web technologies (ASP.NET, HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, Bootstrap). - Familiarity with integration architecture, patterns, and relational databases. - Ability to produce clear, concise integration design documentation. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills. - Effective oral and written communication with technical and business stakeholders. **Job Title:** Research Student (PREM – Client Experience) – Master’s Internship **Role Summary:** Graduate‑level intern supporting the implementation, adaptation, and evaluation of the Client Experience Survey for Integrated Home and Community Care (CESI‑HCC). Responsibilities include data management, stakeholder engagement, tool modification for transitional care, and knowledge mobilization within a health system context. **Expectations:** - Enrolled in a master’s program in Health Sciences, Public Health, Health Promotion, Gerontology, Health Services Research, Health Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field. - Demonstrated interest in patient experience, evaluation, and data‑driven decision making. - Coursework or experience in quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with SE Research Centre and cross‑functional leaders to support the CESI‑HCC Learning Community and build organizational capacity for client experience measurement. - Assist transition from external vendor to in‑house survey administration, streamlining sampling, data collection, and data management processes. - Contribute to the generation of actionable insights from CESI‑HCC data for internal and external stakeholders. - Support adaptation of CESI‑HCC for transitional care populations, including development of a new transition experience index. - Plan and facilitate a 2‑day collaborative design meeting with clients, caregivers, providers, and system partners. - Aid in the digitization of the CESI‑HCC tool and maintain related documentation. - Conduct research on best practices and standards in patient‑reported experience measurement (PREMs) and health system evaluation. - Evaluate and enhance educational and knowledge mobilization resources. **Required Skills:** - Quantitative and qualitative data analysis (e.g., statistical software, data visualization). - Stakeholder engagement and facilitation. - Strong written and verbal communication; report writing and presentation. - Organizational and project management. - Ability to synthesize research into practical recommendations. - Basic knowledge of patient‑reported experience measurement tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a master’s program in Health Sciences, Public Health, Health Promotion, Gerontology, Health Services Research, Health Administration, Health Informatics, or a related discipline. ---
