**Job Title:** Executive Administrator
**Role Summary:** Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, requiring discretion, organizational excellence, and advanced communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
**Expectations:** Full-time; occasional travel required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel per company policies.
- Prepare/edit correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and handle sensitive documents.
- Liaise between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders (partners, vendors, clients).
- Organize board meetings, retreats, conferences, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Maintain confidential records, track project timelines, and support budget tracking for executive initiatives.
- Prioritize incoming communications, tasks, and execute proactive support to anticipate executive needs.
- Assist in event planning for internal and client-oriented activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in administrative processes.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Advanced organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and discretion.
- Professionalism, problem-solving, and proactive task management.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives.
