Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Role Summary: Implement and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions for clients in banking and financial services, requiring technical expertise in integration, data management, and system configuration. Expactations: Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud functional consultant, mandatory Sales Cloud certification, and banking/financial services domain expertise. Must demonstrate ability to lead cross-functional teams, deliver CRM strategies, and resolve complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Lead development and support teams across multiple vendors for Sales Cloud initiatives. - Design and execute Sales Cloud implementation roadmaps and strategies. - Configure Sales Cloud systems and perform hands-on technical work in existing implementations. - Coordinate stakeholders (business and IT) to align project goals and resolve issues. - Manage onsite-offshore collaboration and report project progress regularly. - Conduct workshops with leadership to define requirements and ensure solution alignment. Required Skills: - Salesforce Sales Cloud certification. - Expertise in Sales Cloud configuration, data migration, and integration (Service-Oriented Architecture, API design). - Proficiency in Salesforce.org merge processes, data quality, and migration design. - Strong programming skills in SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, XML. - Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica. - Problem-solving in gap analysis between current and target system states. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification (Admin or Consultant level). - Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Integration) preferred.
