**Job Title** Graduate Applications Engineer **Role Summary** Support customer implementation of Keyence sensors, safety devices, vision systems, and measurement solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide product demonstrations, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions. **Expectations** - Graduate or recent graduate with a technical degree. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team. **Key Responsibilities** - Participate in pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support. - Configure, test, and validate application solutions in customer environments. - Create and update technical documentation, including test scripts and integration diagrams. - Assist in troubleshooting hardware and firmware issues. - Collaborate with product engineering to relay customer feedback. - Deliver product training sessions to customers and internal teams. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in electrical circuit analysis and basic programming (e.g., PLC, G5‑Series). - Familiarity with sensor technology, safety fundamentals, vision systems, or precision measurement. - Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset. - Team orientation and willingness to travel for customer visits. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field. - No prior industry certifications required, but knowledge of safety standards (e.g., ISO 13849, IEC 61508) is preferred.
