**Job Title**
Founder's Associate
**Role Summary**
Provide high‑level execution support to the Founder, focusing on Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and executive enablement. Build and maintain systems that streamline GTM processes, reduce founder friction, and drive growth to £1M ARR.
**Expectations**
- **30–60 days**: Maintain CRM hygiene, produce clear meeting notes and follow‑ups, keep the Founder’s Action Register current, support Founder’s external activities, draft content outlines, and support LinkedIn/marketing work.
- **90 days**: Co‑manage Sales & Marketing operations, prepare client/prospect meetings with context and goals, generate post‑call follow‑ups and email scripts, manage pipeline hygiene across tools (e.g., Monday.com), convert founder notes and transcripts into actionable tasks and assets, support marketing workflows, and feed structured GTM data to MD/CoS.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize and enforce Sales + Marketing workflows.
- Ensure CRM and pipeline hygiene; update deal stages and metrics.
- Prepare Founder for external meetings; generate structured follow‑ups.
- Transform meeting transcripts, recordings, and notes into next‑steps, insights, tasks, and sales assets.
- Draft content outlines, manage asset organization, and schedule marketing activities.
- Support Founder’s sales, BD, and podcast activities.
- Provide concise weekly GTM summaries to MD and Chief of Staff.
- Act as communication anchor and operational amplifier across Founder interactions.
**Required Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong summarization ability.
- Fast information processing; high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on clarity and follow‑through.
- Proficiency in CRMs (e.g., Monday.com), Notion, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheet use.
- Ability to learn GTM, sales, and marketing systems quickly.
- Capability to turn messy inputs into clean, actionable outputs.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Curiosity about how all functions interconnect and a passion for startup environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current student completing a degree (internship must be part of the academic program).
- 0–3 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment (agency, startup, operations, sales support).
- Prior exposure to marketing, sales, or operations (internships, placements).
- Experience with note‑taking, summarizing, or supporting senior stakeholders is a plus.
