Job Description: Job title: Industrialisation Methods Engineer (M/F) Role Summary: Lead the industrialisation of products and optimisation of production processes with a strong project orientation. Act as the primary methods expert on the sorting workshop while extending support to other production sectors as priorities dictate. Expactations: • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or automotive settings. • Engineering degree (Bac + 5) or equivalent. • Proven project management capability. Key Responsibilities: - Define tools, equipment, and methods required for product manufacturing. - Create and update technical documentation (workflows, synoptics, BOMs, drawings). - Participate in the design of new production means. - Manage industrial validation and transition to production. - Drive process evolution in collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams. - Lead project meetings, enforce technical and budget milestones. - Conduct feasibility studies, investment assessments, and sorting plans. - Validate equipment and support ramp‑up. - Champion continuous improvement initiatives (productivity, quality, safety). - Reduce non‑conformities and troubleshoot anomalies. - Monitor and report performance indicators. - Promote safe working conditions and HSE compliance. Required Skills: - Process optimisation & industrialisation expertise - Technical documentation & methods development - Project management (planning, budgeting, stakeholder coordination) - Continuous improvement (Kaizen, root‑cause analysis) - Production validation & launch management - HSE awareness and implementation - Strong organisational, teamwork, and communication abilities Required Education & Certifications: • Engineering degree (Bac + 5) in industrial or mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
