Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Intern – Corporate Services Support **Role Summary:** Supports the Corporate Services business account team within the Information Technology division by assisting Business Systems Analysts with project work, daily troubleshooting, and request fulfillment. Conducts research to identify technology applications for business processes, documents requirements, and helps revise system logic under guidance. **Expectations:** - Complete routine assignments while progressively handling more complex tasks. - Apply established policies and procedures to meet schedule and system requirements. - Develop technical knowledge, skills, and proficiency throughout the internship. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide day‑to‑day technical support and troubleshooting for business systems. - Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and user requirements. - Research and propose technology solutions to improve business processes. - Update and correct existing system logic as directed by senior analysts. - Contribute to project activities, including data collection, testing, and reporting. - Follow documentation standards and maintain accurate records of work performed. **Required Skills:** - Basic understanding of business systems and computer science fundamentals. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills. - Ability to follow policies, procedures, and schedules. - Analytical thinking and problem‑solving aptitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. - Minimum GPA of 3.0. - Expected graduation: Spring 2028. - No specific certifications required.
