**Job Title**
Real Estate Project Manager – Owner’s Representative (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of commercial real‑estate projects, from technical specification to hand‑over. Serve as the client’s advocate while coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
**Expectations**
- Deliver projects that meet client objectives, budgets, and schedules
- Maintain a strong partner network and ensure clear communication among all parties
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of project processes
**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft technical, functional, and financial specifications for new builds, renovations, and commercial fit‑outs
- Develop and manage construction, rehab, and fit‑out projects across the portfolio
- Build and nurture relationships with contractors, design offices, and other vendors
- Plan and control budgets, timelines, and feasibility studies, ensuring cost and schedule adherence
- Gather requirements from internal services, adapt project scopes to operational constraints
- Represent the client throughout execution, enforce compliance with deadlines, standards, and regulations, and coordinate final inspections and hand‑over
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in owner‑representative or project‑management roles in commercial real‑estate
- Strong project planning, budgeting, and scheduling ability
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Detail‑oriented, autonomous, and highly organized
- Proficient in office productivity suites and project‑management software
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred
- Adequate knowledge of building codes, regulations, and commercial construction practices.
