GTM Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, build, automate, and optimize end‑to‑end outbound and lead‑generation systems that drive pipeline, revenue, and brand reputation. Works cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to deliver scalable, data‑driven GTM operations.
**Expectations**
- 6 + years in go‑to‑market, RevOps, GTM engineering, or systems architecture.
- Deep experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and automation tooling.
- Proven track record of building automated, scalable GTM workflows that reduce manual effort.
- Ability to integrate AI into outbound processes and monitor KPIs.
- Comfortable with analytics, dashboards and maintaining data integrity.
- Self‑starter who owns tooling decisions and evolves the stack in a high‑growth environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect repeatable outbound systems across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Define segmentation, prioritization, routing logic, and decision frameworks scalable with growth.
- Build workflows to capture, enrich, score, and route leads with minimal manual intervention.
- Integrate CRM, enrichment, outbound, and other GTM platforms into a unified stack.
- Leverage AI and automation to accelerate pipeline creation and reduce manual tasks.
- Develop inbound workflows to convert leads efficiently and enhance lead experience.
- Design data pipelines and dashboards to monitor outbound performance and system health.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in lead flow, conversion, and follow‑up.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to translate strategy into practical systems.
- Define best practices, guardrails for outreach, and own outbound tooling evolution.
**Required Skills**
- Systems architecture for outbound and lead‑generation pipelines.
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and related CRMs.
- Advanced automation tools (Clay, n8n, Instantly, SalesNav, LeadIQ, etc.).
- Experience building and maintaining AI‑driven GTM workflows.
- Strong analytical skills, dashboard creation, and KPI monitoring.
- Ability to design clean, actionable data pipelines and resolve data quality issues.
- Excellent collaboration and communication across cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) or equivalent are a plus.
