**Job Title** Principal Engineer (Java/Python) – Cash Management & Payments **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end architecture and prototype development of a new Cash Management Account (CMA) capability that seamlessly integrates brokerage investment accounts with core banking deposit platforms. Drive technical strategy, build an early MVP, and shape the integration layer across brokerage, core banking, digital channels, and payment services. **Expectations** - Deliver a scalable, secure, modern service architecture within the first prototype stage. - Influence product funding through demonstrable feasibility and stakeholder alignment. - Mentor a small full‑stack engineering team; collaborate closely with product, operations, wealth, and architecture stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** 1.
