Job Description
Job title: Machine Learning Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions to enhance wireless communication performance in MIMO radio and mesh networking systems. Expactations: Deliver ML algorithms that improve link adaptation, interference mitigation, anomaly detection, and spectrum sensing. Integrate models into radio firmware and networking stack, benchmark performance, and iterate for operational environments. Key Responsibilities: • Research and implement supervised/unsupervised ML for RF signal analysis. • Build data pipelines for training, validation, and testing on real‑world RF datasets. • Prototype software and integrate models with embedded firmware and networking layers. • Collaborate cross‑functionally to define use cases and measure model impact. • Benchmark performance, optimize models for edge hardware, and refine for dynamic RF scenarios. Required Skills: • 3+ years ML experience (1+ year if PhD). • Strong knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, statistical modeling, and signal processing. • Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) proficiency. • MATLAB or C/C++ for algorithm development. • Understanding of wireless concepts (PHY/MAC, MIMO, OFDM, SDR). • Ability to work with GPU acceleration and model optimization for constrained devices. Required Education & Certifications: • M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • U.S. Government SECRET clearance or eligibility to obtain within 12 months. • U.S. citizenship required.
