Job Description

**Job Title**: Dynamics 365 Developer **Role Summary**: Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for key clients, translating business requirements into configurable and custom components while ensuring alignment with project objectives and architectural standards. **Expactations**: Deliver high‑quality, mission‑critical CRM solutions; take ownership of development tasks; collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, consultants, and cross‑functional teams; contribute to proof‑of‑concepts, root‑cause analysis, and final solution delivery. **Key Responsibilities** - Translate business requirements into configurable and custom Dynamics 365 solutions. - Collaborate with project stakeholders to select optimal implementation methods (configuration, custom development, third‑party components). - Create and evaluate proof‑of‑concepts to validate solutions. - Lead custom development tasks, ensuring code quality and timely delivery. - Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing detailed root‑cause information. - Document configuration activities and development deliverables. - Advise on architectural decisions and best practices. **Required Skills** - Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and configuration. - Microsoft SharePoint Online integration. - Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). - Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, version control). - .NET framework, MVC, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). - Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-100, MD-110, or Dynamics 365 Functional/Developer certifications) strongly preferred.
