**Job Title** Sales Development Representative – France (10‑month fixed‑term) **Role Summary** Drive top‑of‑funnel growth by prospecting vacation‑rental owners in France, conducting qualification calls, and scheduling qualified meetings for regional Sales Managers. Maintain high activity levels, meet monthly meeting‑booking targets, and ensure accurate CRM documentation. **Expectations** - Achieve monthly targets for scheduled meetings with qualified hosts. - Maintain consistent call volume and outreach cadence. - Deliver high‑quality, well‑documented leads to Sales Managers. - Demonstrate continuous improvement through daily coaching and team feedback. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct outbound phone outreach to vacation‑rental property owners using provided scripts. - Pre‑qualify leads, assess interest, and identify pain points. - Build trust and convey value of the company’s platform. - Book and confirm demo appointments for Sales Managers. - Record detailed notes and activity in the CRM for seamless handoff. - Participate in daily check‑ins, team meetings, and best‑practice sharing sessions. - Collaborate with the Team Lead and international SDR peers to refine outreach tactics. **Required Skills** - Native or near‑native French proficiency; professional English competency. - Strong verbal communication and active‑listening abilities. - Goal‑oriented mindset with proven ability to handle objections. - Structured, self‑organized work style with excellent time‑management. - Curiosity, openness to feedback, and teamwork orientation. - Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. - No specific certifications required.
