**Job Title:**
Senior Demand Generation Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end demand generation engine for North America, designing and executing integrated marketing programs that fuel pipeline growth and deliver measurable revenue impact.
**Expectations:**
- Build a scalable, predictive lead‑generation framework from scratch across Canada and the U.S.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing to align strategy, metrics, and reporting.
- Maintain consistent growth in qualified leads and improve funnel conversion metrics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and own the demand generation strategy aligned to target markets, growth regions, segment priorities, and revenue targets.
- Design and launch inbound and outbound lead engines across paid search, SEM, paid social, LinkedIn, events, and program activation.
- Create qualification frameworks (Lead → QL → MQL → SQL) and collaborate with Sales/Sales Ops to optimize funnel progression.
- Implement and scale marketing automation workflows using Salesforce and MAP platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent).
- Deploy lead‑scoring mechanisms tied to ICP, behavior signals, and priority segments.
- Build and maintain attribution dashboards in Salesforce, linking activities to pipeline and revenue.
- Continuously optimize ROI, monitoring CAC, CPL, channel effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
- Support content strategy and design to align core content with funnel stages and campaign objectives.
**Required Skills:**
- 5–8+ years of B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth experience.
- Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce and a MAP platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and funnel optimization capabilities.
- Proficiency in SEM, paid search, paid social, LinkedIn advertising, email automation, and event/program activation.
- Ability to build and scale demand generation initiatives in a growing organization.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration, particularly with Sales and Sales Operations.
- Builder mindset, priority setting, and bias for execution.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Google Ads, or Pardot/Marketo certification.
