**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Health, Sales, and Service Clouds. Provide strategic oversight, align enterprise architecture, and implement DevOps pipelines to ensure high-quality, automated deployments and integration with external systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead product evaluation, solution prototyping, and proof‑of‑concept activities, providing strategic oversight.
- Architect, design, implement, and maintain high‑performance Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Maintain architecture artifacts, technology roadmaps, solution blueprints, data models, and integration patterns to support current and future needs.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, evaluating design options, assessing risk, and resolving architectural challenges.
- Design and implement Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline configuration using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Bitbucket for automated deployments and release management.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience building solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud in the healthcare payer ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, sharing & visibility.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and automation tools (Flows, Triggers).
- Hands‑on experience with real‑time and batch integration patterns using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, and Snowflake.
- Expertise in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, Bitbucket) and CI/CD practices.
- Strong grasp of software design patterns, application frameworks, data access architectures, and n‑tier design.
- Excellent analytical reasoning and independent judgment for complex technical problem solving.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, and/or Platform Developer II.
- Knowledge of HIPAA/Salesforce Shield, FedRAMP/Salesforce Government Cloud, and BPO licensing is a plus.
- No specific degree requirement; certifications and proven experience are mandatory.
