Job Description: **Job Title** VRD Studies Officer (Roadways & Drainage) **Role Summary** Design and analyze surface infrastructure for projects in Tahiti and France, collaborating with the VRD Project Manager. Execute independent studies, prepare tender documentation, and support construction monitoring. **Expectations** - Minimum 1–3 years of engineering experience in VRD (alternation acceptable) or 5 + years as works supervisor/technical studies in an engineering consultancy. - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with cross‑disciplinary teams. - Potential to progress to a Project Manager/Business Development role. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Size and design surface networks and civil works (earthworks, dry & wet utilities, roads, EU/EP). 2. Conduct AVP/PRO studies and define execution modalities. 3. Draft written documentation for tenders and regulatory submissions. 4. Prepare graphic supports; review and control plans produced in Mensura and AutoCAD. 5.
