Job Description

**Job Title** Venture Capital Analyst – Internship (M/F) **Role Summary** An entry‑level analyst responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring early‑stage investment opportunities within a venture‑capital portfolio. Works closely with the investment team, entrepreneurs, and internal stakeholders to support deal execution, due diligence, portfolio performance, and innovation initiatives. **Expectations** * Six‑month full‑time internship beginning March 2026. * Deliver insightful analysis and clear recommendations on investment targets. * Participate actively in the investment cycle, portfolio follow‑up, and cross‑functional projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Source and screen deal flow, preparing weekly briefings for the investment team. * Conduct rigorous financial, market, product, and team due‑diligence; support negotiation and documentation of investment terms. * Monitor portfolio companies: industry analysis, performance tracking, and maintaining relationships with founders. * Attend and represent the firm at ecosystem events (demo days, pitch sessions). * Support back‑ and middle‑office functions, including ESG analysis and committee preparation. * Assist innovation team in profitability analysis, financial forecasting, and control‑process improvements. **Required Skills** * Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) and PowerPoint. * Excellent written and oral communication, capable of synthesizing complex information. * Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proactive, collaborative, and open to constructive feedback. * Adaptable to a dynamic startup and investment environment. **Required Education & Certifications** * Master’s degree (Master 1 or Master 2) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering from a university, IAE, or business school. * Prior experience preferred: finance, audit, or entrepreneurial ecosystem (incubator, startup).
