Job Description: Job title: Business Analyst MDM/PIM Role Summary: Analyze and document business and technical requirements for Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) initiatives. Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to design, test, and implement data governance solutions that meet organizational objectives. Expectations: - Minimum 4 years of professional business analysis experience, preferably in MDM/PIM. - Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for stakeholder meetings and system evaluations. - Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery models. Key Responsibilities: - Lead discovery workshops with clients and stakeholders to assess existing MDM/PIM systems and identify gaps. - Document integration points between MDM/PIM solutions and external applications. - Design and build workflows, custom portal components, and data governance processes. - Define, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test plans. - Produce analysis reports for developers and track implementation outcomes. - Manage comprehensive project plans and deliverables across phases. - Conduct regular stakeholder updates and facilitate relationships with clients and partners. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping and diagramming. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities. - Proven experience in user testing, project management, and requirement documentation. - Hands‑on expertise with major MDM/PIM platforms (Stibo Systems, Informatica, EnterWorks, Riversand/Syndigo, Akeneo). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Certifications in MDM/PIM (e.g., Informatica MDM, Stibo Systems, or similar) are advantageous.
