Job Description
**Job title** IT Recruitment Specialist (Male/Female) **Role Summary** Human resources recruitment specialist focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals and support roles across the organization, while partnering with business leaders to align talent strategy with operational needs and strengthen employer brand. **Expectations** - Deliver quality hires within agreed timelines. - Maintain high candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction. - Contribute to employer brand initiatives and talent pipeline development. - Demonstrate continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing tactics. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and competency expectations. - Draft compelling job descriptions tailored to each IT specialty. - Source candidates through internal databases, social media, job boards, and other channels. - Screen applications, conduct initial telephone interviews, and assess fit against technical and cultural criteria. - Coordinate and execute full‑cycle interviews (phone, video, in‑person). - Manage candidate relationships and provide timely feedback. - Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting. - Develop and nurture partnerships with educational institutions and employee‑referent programs. - Promote the company’s employer brand through job fairs, events, and social media. **Required Skills** - Proven recruiting experience in the IT sector (processes, tools, tech talent). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse technical stakeholders. - Excellent sourcing, screening, and assessment techniques. - Familiarity with candidate relationship management (CRM) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Analytical mindset for tracking hiring KPIs and reporting. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. - Curiosity and willingness to stay updated on emerging IT technologies. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience directly related to IT (ESN, consulting, or in‑house). - HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) are a plus.
