Job Title: Global Account Manager Role Summary Lead the management, growth, and retention of key enterprise accounts for a SaaS platform specializing in third‑party governance, risk, and compliance. Collaborate across commercial, product, services, legal, and procurement functions to secure high‑value relationships with senior-level decision makers. Expectations • Deliver measurable revenue and market expansion under a road‑map strategy. • Manage complex, multi‑tiered sales cycles with executive‑level stakeholders. • Drive growth and upsell within existing accounts through consultative engagement. • Foster long‑term partnerships that align with clients’ regulatory and risk objectives. Key Responsibilities • Own a portfolio of critical accounts: prospect, qualify, and close high‑impact opportunities. • Design and execute account‑specific growth plans considering compliance, risk, vendor governance, and responsible procurement. • Lead RFP responses, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, and secure win‑rate targets. • Serve as trusted advisor, coordinating implementation, adoption, and optimization of solutions with project, product, and legal teams. • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty, facilitating upsell and renewal activities. Required Skills • Proven ability to drive long, complex sales cycles with senior executives (C‑suite, legal, procurement, compliance). • Strong consulting orientation and client‑centric mindset. • Excellent communication in French and English (written and spoken). • Experience in SaaS, compliance, risk management, or related technology environments. • Collaborative, innovative, and adaptable to dynamic settings. Required Education & Certifications • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (5‑year higher education) or higher in business, finance, law, or a related field. • 10+ years of account management or sales development experience in enterprise SaaS, compliance, risk management, or similar sectors.
